Anti-corruption activities
In its work, the State Institution "Republican Center for Organization of Medical Response" uses the following documents regulating anti-corruption activities:
- Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Combating Corruption" №305-3 dated 15.06.2015.
- Methodological recommendations on the organization of anti-corruption work in state bodies and organizations, approved by the Ministry of Health dated 10.10.2019 №9- 29/14879.
- Order of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Bashkortostan №1106 dated October 31, 2018 "On approval of the List of persons with the highest risk of corruption and the Model Regulations on the settlement of conflicts of interest between workers and a healthcare organization."
- Standard regulation on the anti-corruption commission, approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus №1732 dated December, 26, 2011 (as amended on April 30, 2019, №267).
- Map of corruption risks in the system of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus, approved by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus dated 25.06.2018.
