2025 Declared the Year of Improvement
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed Decree No. 1 declaring 2025 as the Year of Improvement. This year launches a five-year quality plan and includes comprehensive measures aimed at creating and maintaining a convenient, safe, modern, and aesthetically organized living environment. These measures will be implemented by the state in cooperation with organizations and citizens.
