The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus has launched an experimental virtual
reception office

– an operational resource for the department to respond quickly to emergency situations.
The chatbot is available 24/7 on Telegram messenger: you can send
a video message, photo, or text specifying the location of the incident, your
last name, first name, and patronymic, as well as your phone number so we can contact you.
Important: the chatbot does not diagnose or prescribe treatment. This chat does not
replace the Ministry of Health's hotline or the Unified (Integrated)
Republican Information System for Recording and Processing Citizens'
and Legal Entities' Appeals.
