On the Program of Voluntary Accumulative Pension Insurance
Tuesday, 23 December 2025The program of voluntary insurance for an additional accumulative pension is implemented in accordance with Decree No. 367 of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated September 27, 2021, and provides an opportunity to form an additional source of income in addition to the main employment pension.
Key features of the program:
• participation is voluntary;
• the employee independently chooses the amount of insurance contributions;
• co-financing by the employer is provided;
• pension savings are formed from personal contributions, employer contributions, and investment income;
• insurance is carried out through the Republican Unitary Insurance Enterprise "Stravita".
Participation in the program allows you to take care of your financial future in advance and increase the level of material security after retirement.
