As part of the implementation of the Agreement on Cooperation
and Interaction to Stimulate Women's Entrepreneurial
Initiative, and in accordance with the Order
of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Belarus Yu.A. Chebotar dated March 9, 2026
No. 25, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Belarus
(hereinafter – the Ministry of Economy) announces the start of
the "BusinessMAMA" Contest on April 3, 2026 (hereinafter – the Contest),
dedicated to the Republican Mother's Day (October 14).
For reference:
• The Contest is held among women raising children under the age of 3.
• The goal of the Contest is to stimulate the development of entrepreneurial initiative among mothers.
• The objectives of the Contest are not only to identify promising business ideas, but also to help mothers develop the necessary competencies, gain support and confidence in their abilities to run their own business.
• Participation in the Contest is free.
• Applications must be submitted by July 1, 2026 to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., attaching: the participant's application form (PDF) and a business idea presentation (up to 5 slides, PowerPoint). The subject matter of business ideas is not limited.
Given the social significance of the Contest, we ask you to support the initiative of the Ministry of Economy and assist in informing the target audience by placing information about the Contest on stands in children's clinics and other healthcare institutions (infographics are attached).
We would be grateful for information on the decision made no later than April 6, 2026.
