The Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus announces the launch of the resource "Prover.by"
Tuesday, 28 April 2026In order to improve mechanisms for combating cybercrime and increase digital literacy of the population, the Investigative Committee has launched a specialized online service Prover.by or praver.by. This resource is a centralized database of accounts in social networks and messengers that have been identified as involved in fraudulent schemes.
Key features of the platform:
• User verification: quick check of profiles via direct link or identifier (account name).
• Threat identification: detection of fake accounts before entering into financial interaction.
• Civil monitoring: the ability to submit information about suspicious resources that are not currently in the registry.
Instructions for using the service:
To ensure the security of personal data and funds, users are advised to follow the following algorithm of actions:
1. Go to the resource: Log in to the official website at prover.by or praver.by.
2. Data entry: Paste the direct link to the online resource being checked into the specialized search form, or enter the exact name (nickname) of the account on the social network/messenger.
3. Analysis of the result: Review the received report on whether this entity is on the lists of persons who have come to the attention of law enforcement agencies.
